Michael Harlow

Michael Harlow FCA

Managing Director

Michael is at the heart of the Practice, overseeing the daily running of the business and offering a personal approach to the accountancy services we provide.

With over 40 years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant and a wealth of business knowledge Michael provides invaluable consultancy advice to our clients.

Leslie Woodcock

Leslie Woodcock

Director

Leslie’s career spans decades and encompasses running his own accounting practice, Managing Director positions and experience as a business strategy consultant, interim manager, coach and advisor.

Needless to say Leslie plays an important role in Acquis providing advice and support to clients and the whole team.

Calum Wood ACA

Senior Accountant

Calum is a Chartered Accountant who qualified with Deloitte, and joined Acquis in 2018. He has experience spanning a number of industry sectors and with companies both large and small.

He is responsible for managing the running of clients’ accounts, accounts production and company tax.

Anne Tilman FCA LLP

Tax Manager

With over 35 years’ experience our clients benefit from Anne’s considerable knowledge and expertise in providing tax planning for Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Personal Tax.

Danesh Amin

Danesh Amin BA (Hons)

Senior Associate

Danesh joined Acquis in 2016 to gain work experience whilst studying Accountancy and Finance at the University of Chichester.

After graduating with a 2:1 in 2018, is now in the process of doing his ACA & CTA qualification to become a Chartered Accountant & Chartered Tax Advisor.

He is responsible for the set up and migration to Xero Accounting Software, as well as accounts production and corporation tax for our clients.

Hannah Gambrill BA (Hons)

Associate

Hannah joined Acquis in 2019 after graduating in Accounting and Finance from the University of Chichester, and is currently studying towards her ACA qualification to become a Chartered Accountant.

She is responsible for the preparation of self-assessment tax returns and accounts production for our clients.

Sue Firth

Accounts Assistant

Sue joined the team in 2019 after many years of experience in bookkeeping. She is responsible for the maintenance of financial records and preparation of VAT returns for both our clients and the practice.

Tracey Maughan

Payroll and Auto-Enrolment Manager

Tracey is our Payroll Specialist and has over 30 years experience.  She is responsible for providing our full payroll service including Auto-Enrolment compliance.
