Payroll
We will calculate and process your payroll, benefits in kind (where applicable) and deal with all the headaches associated with stakeholder pensions and we will even help you to maintain some of your essential personnel records.
- Process the payroll and calculate SSP, SMP and SPP payments and other voluntary deductions for you based on the information supplied to us. We will keep detailed records of these for PAYE inspection purposes
- Pension schemes (stakeholder and other pension schemes) – we will process variable and fixed deductions through your payroll and provide a detailed payment analysis (setting you up for auto-enrolment is offered as a separate service)
- Provide detailed, access protected e-payslips to employees
- Provide you with a payroll summary and a list of payments to be made to employees
- Manage and submit payroll information to HM Revenue and Customs under RTI (Real-Time Information) regulations. (This includes details of starters and leavers)
- Provide you with details of how much and how to pay your PAYE/NIC’s to HMRC
- Process and submit P45’s and New Starter Checklists to HM Revenue and Customs
- Produce access protected annual P60’s and distribute to all your staff.
- Design your own individual input sheets for you to record details of hours worked, holiday, sickness, and maternity leave to be paid
- Provide details for you to complete payment to other bodies (e.g. Pension companies, Attachment of Earnings) for each month/quarter
- Supply you with document(s) on which to record essential personnel information
- Provide unlimited telephone support for all payroll matters

We will set up the Auto-enrolment of your pension scheme, from scratch.
Auto-enrolment transfer
We will make sure that the transfer of your existing pension provider to our payroll system under auto-enrolment is trouble free.
Auto-enrolment Declaration of Compliance
We will make sure that 3-yearly Declaration of Compliance is completed and filed in time.
PAYE and NIC compliance health check
We will review your records to ensure that you are complying with your regulatory requirements. This will minimise the risk of penalties and interest from any subsequent visit from HMRC.
